Helpline Procedures

The objective of the Adelante Helpline is to facilitate the resolution of faculty and students concerns and problems related to Adelante Online Learning Environment. The helpline provides a central point of contact to the Adelante LMS team to ensure that all issues are followed up and resolved. 

Please provide the following information when creating a ticket:

  1. Student ID, name and your school email
  2. A description of the problem
  3. List the steps you took before the error/problem occurred. If the problem causes any error messages to appear, provide the exact text that is displayed.
  4. Include screen shots or any other helpful information. 

Please take note of your issue ticket number to track status of issue.
